Embrace Wellness in Nature with Guided Forest Therapy

At One With Nature Forest Therapy, we believe in the transformative power of nature to enhance your wellness. Our mission is to connect individuals with the healing aspects of the natural world through immersive experiences right here in Amish country in beautiful central Pennsylvania. Guided Forest Therapy offered Fridays and Saturdays 1pm-3pm and other days by special request.

FOREST THERAPY at LONGWOOD GARDENS

Bask in the beauty of Longwood Gardens while exploring the practice and science of forest therapy IN THE GARDEN. At the end of this therapeutic stroll, reflect on your experience with the group while enjoying light refreshments. 


(Includes an all day pass to Longwood Gardens)

Walk on the Wild Side Conservation Tour

 Take a walk in the rolling meadows and woods of Amish country with a conservationist. Learn about restoring woods and meadows for wildlife and a healthier planet.

 Topics include: 

  • Gardening for wildlife 
  • Planting native trees & plants 
  • Onsite solar power & wood furnace usage
  • Why your actions matter too

First Saturday of every month, 3pm (or ask for other availability)

$5.00 a person /1 hour tour

Nature & Forest Therapy

This One With Nature forest therapy is for adults and approximately 2 hours long, consisting of invitations to interact with nature using our senses as well as opportunities to express what we are noticing. Traditionally, Forest therapy ends with a tea ceremony and light refreshments. 

 $59 per person

Nature & Forest Therapy for Students

Now we offer forest therapy for 4th & 5th graders with PA Outdoor Adventure Passes!  

In this fast paced world full of screens, we have lost our connection with the planet Earth. Your certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, Elizabeth, knows how to help you slow down and really relax and reconnect with nature using your senses. Share observations and also celebrate tea ceremony with light refreshments. 

 $59 per adults with students and students with passes are FREE


 Saturday mornings 9:30am--11:30am

Private Nature and Forest Therapy

All private walks include quiet forest therapy invitations to interact with nature using your senses, and sharing/listening times with your Guide. Tea and snacks at the conclusion. 

 $110 for Private Individual 2-hour Session 


Elizabeth provides flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs: morning, afternoon, or evening.
